Founded in 1994, Shandong Tianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by Shandong Lianmeng Chemical Group and Singapore Suntar Group. It specializes in biochemical and pharmaceutical production and operation. It is the first corn deep processing enterprise in China that has a complete industrial chain from corn starch to sorbitol (mannitol) to vitamin C, also the largest sugar alcohol producer in Asia and the backbone of the world's future vitamin C. The company covers an area of 1,100 mu, with total assets of RMB 1.76 billion. It has passed ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS18001, ISO22000 (HACCP), KOSHER, HALAL, IP (NONGMO), FAMI-QS, GMP and other certifications. The main products and production capacity have reached 350,000 tons of glucose, 400,000 tons of sorbitol, 20,000 tons of mannitol, 40,000 tons of maltitol, 20,000 tons of vitamin C, 1800 tons of VC-Na, 1800 tons of VC granules, 1800 tons of VC phosphate and to 3,000 tons of trehalose. The complete industrial chain from corn starch to glucose, sorbitol and vitamin C and its deep processed products has been formed, and the resources have been fully utilized.
